Instructions
Step 1
Combine Water, salt, and 2 tsp of oil in large pot. Turn on high and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add rice to boiling water. Cover. Turn heat to LOW for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Take off heat. Stir in 4 tsp oil, cilantro, and lime juice.
