Easy Chocolate Fudge

Made this at Christmas and now it's a tradition. People just can't get enough! Take note 4 hours of the prep time is setting time. This fudge is great because there is no 'bring to the boil, simmering and it doesn't take a lot of time!'

Instructions
Step 1
1. Line a slice tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Put all the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3
3. Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted.
Step 4
4. Working quickly pour the mixture into the pan and spread out evenly with a butter knife.
Step 5
5. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Step 6
6. Remove from the fridge and cut into small pieces (take note it is quite rich and sweet). Enjoy!
