1 Cup water
1/2 Cup Oatmeal Pinch of Sea Salt Combine in microwave safe bowl/container. Put in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove from microwave mix well let’s sit for one minute, and eat.
