Step 1
Peel/chop vegetables. Add to slow cooker.
Step 2
Fry the onion over a low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add the garlic and paprika and cook for another minute. Add to cooker.
Step 3
Season then fry chicken til golden. Fry off chorizo. Add to cooker.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, puree, stock, and bay leaves.
Step 5
Slow cook for 4hrs, seasoning as you go.
Step 6
After 2hrs, add beans.
