Instructions
Step 1
Tools for baking
A deep casserole or glass dish, whisk, bowl and aluminum foil




Step 2
Melt butter and pour it into a bowl with the sugar, mix well
Step 3
Add eggs to sugar and butter mix, mix well, the add the flour and mix until you get a smooth light yellow mixture.


Step 4
Add 3 bananas, the more dark spots the better flavor, the easiest way to mash banana is with your hands, this is because it’s easier to find and break down chunks, recommended to clip nails before hand as it makes cleaning them after mixing easier
Step 5
The mash would be as smooth as possible but chunks are okay, add milk and b vanilla extract, mix then add the baking powder.


Step 6
Oil fish with vegetable oil then pour mixture in tap on counter to remove air bubbles

Step 7
Cover in aluminum foil and heat oven to 350 Fahrenheit bake for 55-60 minutes
Take out of oven and cool
