64 ozChicken Broth

2 TablespoonItalian seasoning
2 canscarrots
Sliced, drained
1 tablespoongarlic

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain sausage

Step 3
In a large pot combine browned sausage, diced tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, water, seasoning, spinach, carrots, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper

Step 4
Heat pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to Low and simmer for 30 min
Step 5
In a separate pot. Boil tortellini for 3 min. Then reduce heat to low and simmer per package directions. Tortellini are done when they come to the top. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Remove tortellini from water when done

Add tortellini to soup before serving, allowing enough time to warm.
