Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Take pastry out of the freezer to defrost
3. Dice onion and chop all vegetables into small bite size pieces
4. In a large pan, heat olive oil and add garlic and onion and fry until transparent
5. Add veggies to the pan and cook until soft
6. While veggies are cooking, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and herbs
7. Add in vegetables and combine well
8. Place pastry into a greased oven safe dish
9. Pour egg and vegetable mix on top of the pastry and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until egg is cooked through
