Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil in large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side. Then remove chicken.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in pan and add white scallions. Cook, stirring, until softened, 2-4 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in stock concentrate and 1/3 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer. Cook until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.
