Step 1
Sieve the sorghum. add some clarified butter and salt. mixed to a semi-soft texture. Pass thru a noodle making strainer. boil 1 litre of water with 20 butterfly pea flowers in a saucepan for 15 mins. keep it on slow flame, add the noodles and gently stir for 7 mins. remove the noodles and wash under cold water. keep Aside to cool.
Step 2
Cut the dice or shred veggies. In a wok, stirfry the veggies with 1/2 tablespoon of clarified butter. Arrange the noodles. Add the veggies around them and serve
