Instructions

To Cook Noodles

Step 1
In a hot big pot add water and add noodles when it boils and leave it to cook.
Step 2
Rinse and strain noodles then set aside

To Make The Sauce

In a large bowl add peanut butter
Step 4
Add vinegar, Garlic, Tamari, Syrup, Lime & Chili Flakes the give it a whisk very well.
Step 5
In a saucepan add onion and garlic then cook it out.
Step 6
Add bell pepper and scrambled tofu.
Step 7
Add Noodles and Sauce.
Step 8
Mix all gently and add sesame, spring onion.
Step 9
Serve with extra onion and sesame and broccoli on the side.
