500 gramsTurkey mince

Celery
chopped

onion
chopped

1green pepper
chopped

2 tablespoonchilli powder

1 teaspoonground cumin

½ teaspooncayenne

¼ teaspoonpepper

2cans diced tomatoes
undrained

1 jarpasta sauce
meatless
1can hot chilli beans

1 cupwater

½ cupfrozen corn

1can kidney beans

1can pinto beans

sour cream
optional

avocado
Cubed, optional

jalapeños
Diced, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Large skillet - cook and crumble Turkey with celery, onion and green pepper over medium - high heat until Turkey is no longer pink (6-8 minutes). Stir in seasonings, tomatoes, pasta sauce, chilli beans, water and corn
Step 2
Cook covered on high for 1 hour. On small fire, cook covered 5-6 hours or until flavours are blended.
Step 3
Stir in kidney beans & pinto beans, cook covered on low for 30 minutes more. If desired, serve with sour cream, avocado & jalapeño
