Ingredients

For the Cajun Chicken Marinade
1 ½ tablespoonolive oil
1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
1 teaspoononion powder
2 teaspooncreole seasoning
1 teaspoongarlic powder
6bonless chicken thighs
For the spicy mayo

Instructions
Step 1
Cook your desired amount of white long grain rice.
Step 2
In a ziploc bag add your bonless chicken thighs, olive oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, creole seasoning, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Let the chicken marinate for 2 hours at least
Step 4
Prepare your chicken either with an air fryer, oven, or skillet on 400 degerees until done.
Step 5
To make your spicy mayo add mayo, srirachi sauce, worcestershire, and smoked paprika to a bowel and mix until well combined.
Step 6
Prepare your bowl by adding your cooked rice at the bottom, cooked chicken on top of your rice, add cut up cucumbers around your bowl, and spicy mayo on top.
