Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, blend oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 2
When dry mixture becomes powdered, add eggs, milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and oil.

Blend until smooth.
Step 4
If using fresh blueberries, gently fold into batter with a mixing spoon. (If using frozen blueberries, pour batter on griddle first before dropping in blueberries.)
Step 5
Cook pancakes on a hot griddle and serve with your favorite honey or maple syrup.
Step 6
If you have leftovers, cool before separating with wax or parchment paper and freezing in an airtight bag.
