1. Gather your ingredients.

2. Put the oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, salt and matcha in a blender and blitz until smooth. Alternatively, mix together in a large mixing bowl.

3. Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Ladle the mixture onto the hot pan, one ladle at a time per pancake.
Step 4
4. When you see bubbles appear on the top, flip the pancake to cook on the other side until golden brown. Set aside and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 5
5. Create a stack of pancakes, dress with the berries and apple, crumble over the walnuts and serve with a drizzle of maple syrup.
