Step 1
Mix all ingredients - fold in and don't overmix. Lumpy is fine but not dry.
Step 2
Butter a bread pan. Preheat oven to 370F
Step 3
Bake @ 370 degrees for 53 minutes --cover with tinfoil for last 10 or so if in toaster oven or getting really brown
