Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and parsley together until combined
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add chicken, avocado oil, garlic, salt/pepper and melted butter in a bowl and toss to combine

Add coated chicken to the bowl with the egg/parsley mixture and toss to coat
Step 5
Spread shredded parmesan cheese out on in a shallow dish or plate. Add coated chicken strips one at a time until completely covered in cheese
Step 6
Bake strips for 10-15 minutes in the air fryer, turn over, and bake another 10-15 minutes until cooked through. You may want to line the bottom with vented parchment to prevent the melted cheese from sticking
