Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Step 2
Add 1 Tbls sesame oil to work over med heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to pan and cook through. Remove and allow to cool. Chop into strips.
Step 3
Stir together honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and siracha. Set aside.
Step 4
Add remaining sesame oil to wok over high heat. Add all vegetables, peanuts, and chicken to pan. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Lower heat to medium and add sauce, toss to combine.
Step 6
Serve warm over noodles.
