500glean beef mince
1Onion
Finely chopped
800gKidney beans cans
Drained and rinsed
75gTomato puree
500gpassata
2beef stock cubes
2 tspground cumin
½ tspChilli powder
1 tspdried oregano
3 tspgarlic powder
2red peppers

Instructions
Step 1
Put all of the slow cook ingredients into the slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
Step 2
Before serving, cut the tortillas into pieces, mix into the mixture and top with the cheese.
Step 3
Pop under a hot grill or into an oven heated to 200C for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
