Step 1
Brown the ground beef and onion in Instant Pot on the sauté setting. Season with favorite seasonings. I sprinkled in the above listed seasonings. When it's almost done, I turn the sauté setting off and add the can of Rotel and let it cook with the residual heat. Then break the pound of noodles in half and lay on top of the beef mixture. I've learned to make sure the broken up noodles are going in all directions, it'll look messy, but this way the noodles won't clump together. Pour the entire jar of spaghetti sauce on top of noodles, then add one jar and a quarter jar of water into pot. Make sure to shake the jar with the water in it to get all the yummy sauce out. Close up the lid and make sure the valve is closed. Set this to Manual setting for 9 minutes. It takes like 15ish minutes to come to pressure and then it'll countdown 9 minutes. When it's done, release the pressure, stir it up good, serve & enjoy! Serve with your favorite Garlic Bread and Parmesan Cheese on top! Happy Cooking Y'all!
