Instructions
Step 1
Oven rack middle position, heat 375. Spread rice in an 8x8 baking dish. Stir in oil and salt.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil and pour over rice. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 70-80 min.
Step 3
Uncover dish and fluff with fork. Re-cover dish with foil and rest 10 min. before serving.
