Instructions
Step 1
Tear Tofu into small chunks, toss in cornflour and fry in oil.
Step 2
Once golden and crispy add soy sauce.
Step 3
Whilst frying, finely slice shallots and crush garlic. Once cooked transfer into bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Mix up sauce. Boil noodles if needed.
Step 5
Fry shallots and garlic, add in noodles, sauce, silken tofu, black salt.
Step 6
Finely slice spring onions. Add beansprouts and half spring onions to the pan. Add in fried tofu.
Step 7
Once hot serve and top with rest of spring onions, lime and coriande
