Step 1
Turn stove on to medium heat

Add tomatoes into pan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add spinach untill wilted.

Crack eggs in a separate bowl and whisk until combined. Poor eggs into the pan and keep mixing with a spatula until your liking.
