Step 1
1. Mix the flaxseed with water and leave it for a few minutes until it thickens.
Step 2
2. Grate the tempeh on a coarse grater and mix with the spices. Add the linseed egg and mix well - the mixture should stick together nicely. Make a ball from it and form small meatballs.
Step 3
3. Fry the prepared balls in hot oil, changing sides every now and then, so that they are evenly fried. Ready! Bon Appetit
