Instructions

Meat

Step 1
The first step is to chop the onion into small pieces, chop the garlic and chop the parsley

The second step is to put all the spices on the meat with olive oil and pomegranate molasses, then mix it well and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

The third step is to take out the meat, shape it into a long cylinder, and brush it with olive oil
Step 4
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then from above (the grill) for 10 minutes, until it takes on a brown color.

Sauce

Until the meat is cooked, we put a little butter with white and red onions and mushrooms on a fire until they wither

Put a tablespoon of water on top of it, then cover it for 5 minutes

We put salt, pepper, cinnamon, cooking cream on top of them, then stir them until they take the brown color of the mushrooms and onions

Remove the meat from the oven after it is cooked, cut it into circles, then put the mushroom sauce on top and serve it hot alongside any vegetables you prefer.
