Garlic powder is also much less likely to burn than fresh garlic, so it works well when you need to use the flavor but also use a high heat. Itâs worth noting that because itâs dehydrated and powdered, it does have slightly less nutritional value than fresh â but itâs still a powerful ingredient to fight off colds and infections.
