2 Tbspdairy free cream cheese
can sub regular cream cheese
1 Tbsppure maple syrup
can sub honey, or sugar
¼ cupblueberries
lemon zest
2 Tbspricotta
1 Tbsptoasted slivered almonds

2 Tbspnut butter
i like using, creamy peanut butter
1 Tbspjam
or jelly
0.5banana

1 tsphemp seeds

halved and sliced

Instructions
Sweet Potato Toast (base layer)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° If you are using your toaster, simply pop the slices into your toaster for a few rounds on the highest setting.
Step 2
Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 4-5 equal slices and place on a prepared baking sheet. Spray tops of slices with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes checking halfway through.
Step 3
Top with your favorite topping combination inspired from above or any other toppings you have in your pantry!
Honey Roasted Slivered Almonds (small batch)
Step 4
Combine 1 cup of slivered almonds, 2 tsp coconut oil, and 2 tbsp honey in a skillet. Over medium heat, continuously stir almonds making sure not to burn them for about 5-8 minutes). Place almonds on a plate, let them cool, and break into pieces before topping on toast.
