100gdaikon
or radishes

60mlrice wine vinegar

60water
-120 ml 1/4- 1/2 cup

2 Tbspsugar
adjust to taste

1 tspsalt
adjust to taste

2 Tbspgochujang
korean chilli paste

2 tsprice wine vinegar

1 Tbspsoy sauce
or tamari for gf version

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1 Tbspmaple syrup
or sugar dissolved in soy sauce

1garlic clove
