Good but too salty. Would make this again but with reduced sodium beef broth, less salt rubbed onto the roast, and possibly better than beef bouillon rather than the beef gravy packet.

Used lean top roast. Season of salt, pepper and slap your mama. Used 5 to 6 garlic cloves. 32 ounces of beef broth better than bouillon instead of brown gravy dry mix added half an onion. Seasoned and seared the roast and used a quarter cup of vermouth to scrape. About 70 minutes in the Insta pot.
