Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the thinly sliced strawberries.
Step 2
Spread a thick layer of strawberry cream cheese filling on one side of the Brioche Toast. Top with a second piece of Brioche toast, forming a sandwich with cream cheese filling in the middle.
Step 3
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Dip each sandwich in the egg and milk mixture to coat completely.
Step 4
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown on each sides.
Step 5
Drizzle with maple syrup or honey, some whipped cream and thinly sliced strawberries. Enjoy warm.
