Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl combine ricotta, maple syrup, lemon zest and sugar powder. Whisk for 2 minutes, then place in the fridge until you prepare brioche.
Step 2
Cut brioche in half lengthwise, spread butter and toast in a hot skillet.
Step 3
Using a spoon or piping bag spread ricotta on toasted brioche.
Step 4
Top with your favourite berries, toasted almond flakes and mint.
