Supposed to be vegan with the chickpea pasta, but works well for diabetics too. Obviously preparing non-vegan allowed me to add a healthy dose of shredded Asiago cheese, which improved it. May need to add more salt if not adding cheese. Also, takes forever for kale to wilt….
