Tofu Stir Fry

Instructions

Step 1
Bring 2 cups of water to boiling in a pot and add the rice once the water is cooking.

Chop the carrots, pepper and onions into teeny tiny pieces.
Step 3
a) if you are using minced tofu, add half a cup of water to a pan, and cook the minced tofu and carrots until the water is soaked up. Then add the pepper and onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until the vegetables have your desired texture.

b) if you are using a tofu block, first sauté the carrots in 2 table spoons of water in a pan, while mincing the block with a fork. Once the carrots are semi-soft remove the water, add about one teaspoon of oil and fry the tofu. Add the pepper and onions and sauté until the vegetables have your desired texture.

Add the sesame or alternative oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, chilli powder, pepper and pinch of paprika to a bowl and stir well.

Step 6
Add to the pan together with the coriander and leave for 2-3 minutes before serving with the rice.
