Instructions

Step 1
First, cook the chicken in a frying pan, taking care not to let it dry out, as in the following steps it will continue to cook in the sauce.

Next, add the onion, paprika, basil, pepper and tomato paste. Stir 1 minute.

Then, add the spaghetti, passata, cream and chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Reduce the heat (keep a very slight simmer) and cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally until the liquid is absorbed and pasta is cooked. It should take 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the pasta you choose. Serve hot with the cheese of your choice (we used parmesan), bon appétit !
