Makes leftovers

Rolled the basic recipe, but I never use oil. I used avocado instead, doubled the paprika and added a flax egg. Really good. Next time I might change the ratio of corn meal to flour, using more corn meal and maybe adding a bit more maple syrup. Over all I find these good and easy to make.
