1 cupwalnut pieces
¾ cupnondairy milk
almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, or milk of choice
3Medjool dates
or Deglet Noor dates, pitted
1 ½ teaspoonsvanilla extract
¾ teaspooncinnamon
4 ½ cupsfresh berries
or cut fresh fruit, or frozen
4 tablespoonshemp hearts

Instructions
Step 1
Blend: To a clean blender, add the walnut pieces, nondairy milk, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until creamy.
Step 2
Prepare the fruit: Rinse and prep the fruit for the dessert. Chop larger fruits into small cubes or chunks, and leave smaller berries whole.
Step 3
For serving: Divide the fruit evenly between four serving bowls or to-go containers with lids. Top with the desired amount of cream. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled. Top with hemp hearts for serving as desired.
