Instructions
Step 1
Using a sharp paring knife, halve and peel papayas.
(It's best to do this over the sink.)
Step 2
Scoop out the remaining seeds with a spoon, then slice papaya flesh into a food processor or blender.
Step 3
Add lime juice and pulp, and process until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon some papaya into the bottoms of four parfait glasses or wine goblets.
Step 5
Then add a layer of yogurt.
Step 6
Continue layering, using all of the papaya and yogurt.
Step 7
Sprinkle with whole fresh berries and serve for dessert or a fancy breakfast.
