I didn't have yellow Lentils so ended up using green. Also didn't have the Chaat Masala so used Garam Masala, still delicious even so. The ginger adds such a great kick and I used raw carrots, celery, and English cucumber or the crunch. Really pretty easy and totally worth the effort. Will definitely be making this again!
