Step 1
Add 150 ml hot water to the couscous and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Meantime, fry the bell pepper and aubergine (and minced meat). I like to add a little bit of water to it, to steam it.
Step 3
Stir the couscous with a fork and add all the ingredients.
