Vegan Spicy Kale and Romesco Pasta

Used Tomato Pesto Added cheese as that's way too many Almonds. Also used Mushrooms instead of tomatoes as I can't eat them.

I made this and added coconut milk 1oz and 2 tbls of nutritional yeast and walnuts as a replacement.

Used about three large portions worth of pasta as idk what a ‘box’ equivalent is but it made it perfect with the sauce. Really enjoyed it but my blender did really struggle with making the sauce as it’s vvvv thick. Next time will add a little water to help and see if it makes a big difference to the sauce or not. Used spinach as didn’t have any kale and added butter beans for a lil extra something

Tasty, relatively easy, but messy

Pretty good!! I added a bit more seasonings to the sauce like garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, etc. but other than that I stayed pretty true to the recipe and it came out great

The sauce was too thick whilst cooking so I added boiling water to make it more manageable. Very filling. Would definitely make it again

If you want more spice add more paprika, but very yummy!

Very tasty! We added sautéed mushrooms and garnished with fresh parsley, Parmesan, and lemon juice.

Delicious recipe! Subbed cashews for almonds as that's what I had on hand and it turned out great.

I ended up throwing some diced red onions on top which added some flavor and crunch

Needed something quick to make and I made with canned diced tomatoes instead of Roma for the sauce. Turned out great. Liked the crispy kale on top.

Very good and pretty easy. One thing make sure you blend up really well and I would probably not add the bread because i wish it was a little thinner

I'm obsessed with this recipe, and my whole family liked it too. My dad loved it, and he is highly skeptical of anything without piles of meat and/or cheese.

I would use way less almonds and maybe add some pasta water. It was too chunky.

A fresh experience but there’s too much going on at once. Especially the part of making the sauce. It’s pretty good but I’ll not make it again.

Added extra kale and subbed almonds for some stale pine nuts we had lying around. Delicious!

added more kale. would be great with more vegetables too. personally think it's more like 5 servings. 1/4 of this was a LOT of food.

I used 1 raw bell pepper instead of roasted red pepper and added a habanero

will blend some chillis in the sauce for a bit more heat next time
