For a nut free option you can replace the cashews with tofu

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta to packet instructions and save 1 cup of pasta water
Step 2
Sauté the onion, capsicum and garlic in the olive oil with the sea salt and chilli flakes for 5 - 10 minutes or until browned, then transfer to a blender with the cashews, nutritional yeast and pasta water
Step 3
Blend until super smooth, adjust seasoning if need be, then combine with your cooked pasta on low heat for a few minutes until nice and warm
Step 4
Top with more chilli flakes and fresh basil if you have it! And enjoy 🥰
