Instructions

Step 1
Heat up oil in large pan to medium high heat and add shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes on each side and add in shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan.
Step 2
Add onions, garlic, celery, cabbage and snow peas. Gently mix and cook for 2-3 minutes and pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to simmer and add rice vermicelli noodles. Cook and toss until noodles absorb all the broth. Top with green onions and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
