Potsticker Soup
5-ingredient meal you can make from the Trader Joe’s part 16✨
You’ll need:
1 package of chicken potstickers
1 package of mirepoix
2 tbsp soyaki sauce
1 container of chicken broth
1-2 tbsp crunchy chili onion for serving
Optional for topping: sesame seeds, green onion
What to do:
1️⃣Lightly fry the potstickers over medium-high heat in olive oil on both sides for 7-10 minutes.
2️⃣In a medium saucepan, saute the mirepoix with olive oil until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a slow simmer. Add the soyaki sauce and potstickers and cook for another few minutes until heated through.
3️⃣Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with a spoonful of chili onion crunch.
This makes 2-3 servings. This soup is so flavorful and satisfying with a balance of protein and veggies.
