I used some Maitake and lion’s mane mushrooms. I couldn’t find the fish sauce and I’m allergic to oyster sauce so I added a couple of teaspoons of Thai roasted red chilli paste that has shrimp powder and anchovy paste. We served it with some chili crisp oil on top.
