Cherry Cordial Cannoli

Ingredients: 15 oz ricotta; 8 oz mascarpone cheese; 2/3 cup powdered sugar; 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips; 15 maraschino cherries chopped(and pat dry); 1/4 tsp almond extract; 2 cups all purpose flour; 1 tbsp granulated sugar; 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp salt; 2 tbsp unsalted butter cut into tiny pieces; 1/2 cup your favorite red wine; 2 large egg yolk; 1 egg white; Canola oil for frying

Instructions

There are not many places you can find a cannoli where I live, so I started making them a few years ago. I put in some extra juice from the cherries to make the pink stand out so they are gender reveal cannoli. (We are having a girl!) You will need cannoli forms to shape the shells.
