adjust to taste, cut down to use curry powder

1 teaspoongaram masala
or 1 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder

1 ¼ teaspooncoriander powder
omit to use curry powder

½ teaspooncumin powder
optional, omit to use curry powder

dried fenugreek leaves
