One-Pan Tuna-White Bean Casserole

This is fine if you're feeling super nostalgic about old-school tuna casserole and want a slightly elevated version of that. I can't see myself ever being excited to make or eat this again though. Also, a warning that the imported ingredients are messed up... you need to choose between onion, shallots, and scallions (do not use all 3).
