Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Keep a little of the cooking water, drain and set aside.

Add the butter to a pan with olive oil.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add gochujang and cook for a minute or two while stirring. Gochujang is a spicy paste, so adapt it to your own taste.

Add cream and mix until combined.

Let simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add your cooked pasta and a dash of pasta water, stir on medium heat until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 8
Take off the heat and add the mozzarella and parmesan, then stir to incorporate. It's ready, serve hot and enjoy!
