Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate your garlic cloves.
Step 2
In a pan over medium low heat, melt butter, add oil and minced garlic and sizzle for a couple of minutes.

Deglaze with white wine and simmer for 1 more minute, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add heavy cream, season with salt and pepper and bring your sauce to a boil.
Step 5
Now, reduce the heat to low and let your sauce simmer for 8 more minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 6
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water until al dente.
Step 7
Add your boiled pasta to your sauce, along with a drizzle of pasta water to make it sexy!
Step 8
Add chopped parsley and toss well over the heat for a minute to combine all the flavours together.
Step 9
Turn heat off then add your grated Parmigiano. Stir one last time until the cheese will be fully incorporated.
Step 10
Serve with some more fresh parsley on top. Buon appetito!
