Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour. Cook on medium heat for about 4mins while stirring. Then add the cream and tomato paste and stir again until you have a homogeneous sauce.
Step 3
Add the cheese and stir in off the heat (so that it doesn't clump). Then add the pasta and it's ready. Salt and pepper to taste ! Bon appétit :)
