Instant Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Potatoes

Recommendation double entire recipe as well as doubling homemade ranch mix

It was good

Pretty good. Quick and easy. Inexpensive meal. I mean you can’t go wrong with bacon right!!! It may not look super pretty but really tastes good. I cut and cooked my bacon while the pressure cooker was going. While it was heating to brown the beef I prepped my potatoes. I took the skins off.

It was good, I probably needed to season it more than I did. And i didn’t have any bacon so I didn’t add it but it definitely would be better with that savory saltiness. I also used baby potatoes and they were very creamy. They broke down more than I wanted in the instant pot.

I used cauliflower instead of potatoes and it was still pretty good.

Very easy to make. The kids and hubby loved it. I substituted ground venison for ground beef.

This was so very good. My meat and potatoes family loved it. I added about 2 minutes longer as some potato chunks were not soft at 5 minutes. Delicious!
